CESI Counselor Named NFCC Outstanding Advocate

(Raleigh, NC.) October 9, 2017 — Consumer Education Services Inc. (CESI) counselor Terri Everett is named NFCC Outstanding Advocate at 2017 Awards of Excellence.

The National Foundation for Credit Counseling held the annual Awards of Excellence October 3, 2017 in Anaheim California. Among the nominees and award winners from the Credit Counseling Industry, CESI counselor Terri Everett was recognized as the Outstanding Advocate of the Year for her work as a financial counselor serving consumers in financial distress.

“We are proud of the work Terri has done to serve CESI’s clients with excellence” said Mike Croxson, CESI CEO. “For more than 14 years, Terri has been an example of the type of compassionate service that we strive to bring to our industry.”

Throughout her years with CESI, Terri has consistently gone the extra mile as she serves each client.  Ensuring that she has a thorough understanding of each client’s needs  is what helps Terri’s counseling sessions turn into teaching moments. Her ability to make sure each client understands their entire situation and providing an action plan for moving forward is key to making progress towards the client’s financial goals. Using her personal life experiences combined with 14 years of experience at CESI has given Terri a wealth of knowledge and wisdom that has led to numerous client success stories over the years.
