Cooking with CESI: Chili-Pasta Skillet

Our recipe this week is a family-style winner! We found this delicious, quick and inexpensive recipe at Better Homes and Gardens where it is listed at an impressive 25 minute prep time and the budget price of $1.61 per serving. I made it for my kids and they gave it several very enthusiastic thumbs up!
