Cooking with CESI – Triple Chocolate Cookie Balls

It’s Cookie time! Many people love the holiday season because of the treats that are traditional to this time of year. Holiday cookies are fun to make, but they are not always budget friendly. We’ve snagged this great Triple Chocolate Cookie Ball recipe for you courtesy of Kraft, to help you enjoy the season with some sweet treats that won’t inflate your food budget. With only 5 ingredients, these are easy and inexpensive to make.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  •  Stir milk and pudding mix in medium bowl with large spoon just until pudding mix is moistened. Immediately stir in cookie crumbs; mix well.
  • Shape into 42 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min. Dip in semi-sweet chocolate; place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan. Refrigerate 20 min. or until firm.
  • Melt white chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over cookie balls. Refrigerate 10 min. or until firm.
